Overview
The Sherman County Health Department processes billing to the following insurance companies:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Medicaid ( KanCare)
- Medicare (Flu and Pneumonia)
- United Health Care
- Meritain
- Will check others when requested
There are hundreds of insurance carriers and policies that exist; we cannot know the coverage offered by each individual policy. You should contact your insurance company prior to receiving services to determine if they will be covered by your policy. We are not responsible for notifying you in advance of services that are non-covered by your insurance policy: all non-covered services are the patient's responsibility.
Payment
Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, and check. Payments can be made in person, Monday through Friday from 8:00 - Noon and 1:00 - 5:00 pm, or mailed to:
