Pursuant to K.S.A. 1995 SUPP. 79-1460a.

1. A study of the residential real estate market indicated that there was a general upward trend between 2-21% in areas of residential neighborhoods for the 2026 tax year.
2. A study of the commercial real estate market indicated that there was a general upward trend 2-14% in areas of commercial neighborhoods.
3. A study of the vacant real estate market indicated that there was a general upward trend.
4. Values on specific properties may not follow the general trend because of the changes in the property, corrections of descriptive information, or adjustment of value based on sales of similar properties.
